Scince the Barbarians started in 1994, we have had a number of players who have moved up the rugby rank's across the UK and the world. Here are some of them:-
Sam Lyndsay
2003-2004 Whitley Bay Barbarians. Marden Bridge in Stains Tournament.
2004-2005 Whitley Bay Barbarians. North Tyneside Representitive. Top Trainer .Position: Lock/Centre
2005-2006 Whitley Bay Barbarians. North East Representitive. North Tyneside RFU Representitive. Played all 3 games of Monkseaton High Schools Ireland Tour. Position: Lock/Centre.
2006-2007 Rockcliff RFU. Top Try Scorer and Best Newcomer. North East Representitive. Monkseaton High School Captain during Ireland rugby tour. Position: Inside Centre/Flyhalf.
Moved to Sydney - Austrailia.
2008 Sylvania Menai Wardogs. A Grade: 22 appearences. Southern Districts Representitive: 4 appearences. Winner of the Mazda Best & Fairest Award. Position: Inside Centre.
2009 Southern Districts Representitive. Third Grade: 20 appearences. Second Grade: 4 appearences. Position: Flanker
2010 Southern Districts Representitive. Second Grade. Position: Flanker.
